“When I First Saw My Shadow”

I once believed I understood my life, but in truth I was walking in inherited patterns I never questioned. My fears spoke louder than my spirit, and my choices were echoes of what others expected of me.

Then the darkness became impossible to ignore.
Pain appeared not as punishment, but as a mirror.

In that quiet eclipse of my certainty, I asked my first honest question:
“Why am I living this way?”

That question was the spark.

It did not immediately bring answers, but it awakened something deeper — a curiosity about my own soul. I began to see that the shadow was not my enemy. It was the doorway.

And in that moment, the first light of Ecliptle appeared within me.

“I Remembered My Own Light”

For many years I believed the story that I was small, broken, and defined by my past. I carried the weight of mistakes like chains around my spirit.

But awakening came quietly.

It was not thunder or miracle.
It was a realization.

I saw that I was not merely a product of my wounds. I was also the witness of them. That meant I could choose differently.

When that understanding reached my heart, something ignited.

The Lamp I had been searching for outside of myself had been burning inside me all along.

From that day forward, I stopped asking life to rescue me.
I began learning how to carry my own flame.
